Exhibit Fee And Payment Terms
Exhibit Registration fee of $1195 includes 7 X 10 FLOOR DISPLAY SPACE (UP TO 10 FEET MAXIMUM LENGTH), two company representatives, optional draped table, electricity (complimentary), two chairs PLUS attendance of sessions, continental breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and an evening reception on October 29.
Payment for exhibit registration fee is due upon Conference registration.
Credit card payment requested. Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted.

Exhibit Return Shipping
Exhibitors responsible for return freight via UPS, Fed Express or private freight company. Please have your shipper numbers, labels and form available on site for return freight.

Exhibit Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled by August 31, 2012
Cancellations received September 1– September 30, 2012: 75% refund
Cancellations received after September 30, 2012: no refund

Certificate of Insurance
BioCycle Conference exhibitors assume responsibility and agree to indemnify and defend the BioCycle and the St. Louis Union Station Hotel and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither BioCycle nor the St. Louis Union Station Hotel maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

Terms And Conditions
By registering to exhibit, your company/organization is agreeing to follow the Terms and Conditions set forth by The JG Press, Inc (dba BioCycle). The 12th Annual BioCycle Conference on Renewable Energy from Organics Recycling includes a trade show wherein exhibit space is limited to pop-up and freestanding floor displays. Exhibitors wishing to display "light" equipment may be able to do on a first come first serve basis. Please contact Teri Sorg-McManamon, 610.967.4135, ext. 33 to provide a detailed description including weight and dimensions of equipment to be displayed within allotted exhibit space.

Equipment or devices producing noise or odors are not permitted. If these requirements are not met, The JG Press, Inc. reserves the right to require modification of any exhibit.
